Well, Here is my first DT card for the Crafty Creations Challenge which this week is to make a 'Get Well Card'. We are kindly being sponsored by Digis With Attitude who have some fantastic digi stamps so why not pop on over and have a look for yourself. The DT were lucky enough to be given some images to play with and the one I chose is called 'Sicky Pooh' and can be found here.
OK, onto my card then. My base card is chocolate brown and layered with cream and kraft. Next I added some cream panels down the sides which I dry embossed and inbetween I added some cream lace. I punched some cream card with a border punch and added some brown and Cream satin ribbon before attaching across the middle of the card. The image was stamped onto white card and coloured with promarkers and chalk before layering using nesties and attaching with foam pads. The sentiment has been stamped, chalked and layed as well. Finally I made two bows with the ribbon and added a fimo heart to the middle (not too sure if this works). You may have noticed that although I was following the great sketch I did swap the elements over as it looked better that way, hope that was alright. Hope you like it, thanks for looking.
