I have had this stamp for quite a while now and although I had stamped some images out and even coloured them, this is the first time they have actually made their way onto a card, shame on me. As soon as I bought her I imagined that she was out for a ramble through the countryside so had to be dressed in her 'khaki's'. I coloured her with promarkers as usual. When I placed her on her green mat I thought that there was a bit too much 'white space' to the image and it looked as if she was looking at something. At first I thought of a butterfly and then a bird. Neither seemed quite right and then I remembered this cute little mouse stamp. I also coloured it with promarkers and hopefully made the larger flowers look like Calendula (Marigolds). As this image was too big I cut it in half, placing the mouse on the other image and the flowers at the bottom. A simple sentiment stamped directly onto the card finishes it off. Hope you like it, thanks for looking.
