Gift Bag
This time I have decorated a gift bag.
My stamped Tilda from Magnolia has been coloured with promarkers and I paper pieced her dress and hair bow. My papers are from my scrap box. The sparkly border strip was made by attaching d/s tape to the edges and adding glitter. I then attached some sparkly ric rac ribbon. A sparkly die cut doily was placed behind Tilda who was also cut out and layered with die cuts. At the bottom I placed a message envelope and some gem hearts. Last but not least, I tied a lace bow to the handle.

Today I have a fold-back floral card to show you. My Bugaboo image has been coloured with promarkers and layered using a scallop die. The floral die cut panel was a magazine freebie. CAS - Tropical
Right, well, what can I say...
The idea was good but unfortunately this is heading straight to the bin!!! I tried to do a colour wash using distress ink but my card warped terribly. Too much water methinks! Once I had ruined the card I thought I might as well do what was in my head so I over stamped a tropical fish and coloured bits with a promarker. I then stamped the sentiment (both stamps were magazine freebies). Lastly I painted iridescent Twinkling H2o's over the fish and flower to give them some shimmer.

A Sister Is...
This is the card I made for my granddaughter Megan when her baby sister Sapphire was born. Inside it says "Congratulations On Being Promoted To BIG Sister" which I thought was very appropriate as Megan is now 13 years old.
To start I die cut my card base and backing paper which is from Pink Petticoat (now closed down). My digi stamp is from Mo's Digital Pencil and has been coloured with promarkers and then die cut. I went around the edge with a pen so it would stand out a bit. The sentiment has been stamped, die cut and edged using a pen. Finally I added some paper flowers and placed gems in the centres.

A Blast From The Past...
Here is a card I made quite a while ago for a friend. The base card is a three-fold aperture card that I had left over from my cross stitching days. I placed a photo of a cottage garden behind the aperture and edged it with peel offs. Next I decoupaged the lady gardener and elements, these all being from Jolly Nation (how many of you remember them?). I finished it off with more peel offs.

Back To School
Today I have made a card using a sweet stamp from LOTV which I have coloured with promarkers. The alphabet background paper is an old scrap I found in the scrapbox which I thought was ideal for this 'back to school' card. The ribbon down the border panel is from Crafty Ribbons and the die cut bicycle was a magazine freebie. The little chalkboard peg is from Lidl and I wrote on it with a Sakura gel pen. The ABC stickers are from my stash.

Hope
A vintage look easel card this time featuring a Sugar Nellie digi stamp which I have coloured with promarkers. I distressed and inked the edge of the image before layering it with die cuts. The translucent one is parchment paper. These gorgeous papers are from Dovecraft and the sentiment stamp from Hobby Art.The leaves are punched and the foam roses from my stash along with the ribbon bow which I topped with an old button. If you look closely you will see that not only is one of the papers stripey but it has dots on it too. Two for the price of one!!!

Time For Tea
Here is a card in colours I would not normally put together as I didn't think purples would go with orange, red and yellow - but, in a strange way it seems to work.
Everything except the Eisabeth Bell image and the lace from my stash (only just visible) are magazine freebies and card scraps. I have coloured my image with promarkers as usual.

Out Of This World
Here is a little fun card featuring a digi stamp from Bugaboo which I have coloured with promarkers. Once I had made a tag with it I used a distressing tool around the edge of the tag and coated it with glitter. I then added an eyelet and some silver glitter ribbon. My base card as you can see is hologram mirri card. I then added 3 strips of blue sparkly paper. I made the moon from glitter card by punching a circle and using the same punch, punched into it to get a crescent shape. A few hologram peel off stars finishes it off.

Vase Of Peonies
A decoupaged floral card this time featuring a pre-coloured digi stamp from Beccy Muir. The base card has been layered with card, paper and ribbons. Having cut out my image twice I inked around the main image. I then decoupaged the flowers and leaves using the second image. To make the vase look like glass I applied crystal glaze, adding a few drops to the flowers to look like dew. A large ribbon bow finishes the card off.
