Little Snowman

(to the tune of "I'm a Little Teapot")

I'm a little snowman round and fat,
Here are my mittens,
Here is my hat.
Add a little scarf and a carrot nose.
You stand so tall when the cold wind blows.

I bet you are all singing that now aren't you?

I have coloured my image with promarkers and added some flock and crystal glaze before layering it with nesties and a doily.  The borders has been punched and I have added paper and sparkly ribbon.  The stamped sentiment has also been layered with nesties and attached with foam pads.  The snowflakes have been die-cut with brad centres.  A few gems finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Ooops!  Late again posting my DT card.  Still, better late than never.  Sorry about that but I can't believe how busy I have become in the last fortnight.

Anyway, it's time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week we want to see your '3D Creations'.

I have used this gorgeous fairy, printed her several times and decoupaged her.  She is a pre-coloured image but I have added yellow stickles to her wings.  Once I had layered her I added some ric rac and a couple of butterfly brads.  I also added some dragonfly brads to the panel behind the image.  On the other side of the image I folded some ribbon and stamped my sentiment onto it.  A rather large flower with button centre finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Time for a new challenge over at Whoopsi Daisy and this week the theme is 'Fun In The Sun/Summer'.

When I thought about the theme I was reminded of the fun my sons and nephews had on their skateboards in the summer holidays.  With this in mind I have used these two gorgeous images and coloured them with promarkers.  Yes, the one at the top is supposed to be at that angle as I was imagining him going up and down on a ramp.  The other boy is having a bit of a rest.  A stamped sentiment and a few stars finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

As you can see I have chosen wedding.  I started by layering my base card with cardstock and some old pretty paper.  I then punched a strip and added some more paper before attaching a rose bow.  I coloured the image with promarkers and added crystal glaze to the ribbons and glitter to her gloves and petticoat.  I then layered it with nesties.  I added some large pearls to the flowers and smaller ones to the top corner of the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week the theme is 'Vintage Or Shabby Chic'.  Don't forget to check out the DT's creation and why not join in the fun too.

As I'm not too keen on making vintage looking cards I have gone for shabby chic.  My gorgeous image has been coloured with promarkers and I have added some pearls to the corners.  It is layered onto a piece of card stock which I distressed and inked around the edge.  For the border I punched a piece of blue card stock and added another punched piece in white.  Once stuck together I added some gingham ribbon and some pearls.  The flowers/leaves have been punched before adding paper roses.  I added some pink stickles to the roses and the small white flowers.  A circular sentiment cut with a nestie finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.
