Today I have made a wedding card in pink and white.  I embossed the background using a folder.  The stamped sentiment has been layered using a nestie and I have inked the edges and added some pearl hearts.  I also added some punched hearts with added glitter glue.  A few flowers and punched leaves go around the edge.  The butterflies are also punched, inked and glitter glue added.  A luscious pink satin ribbon has been tied around the top of the card and a big bow with silver heart button attached.  A couple of pearl hearts and more pearls on the butterflies finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

OMG!  I completely forgot to post this!  So sorry, I don't know where my head has been the last couple of days.  Certainly NOT on my shoulders!

Time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week we want to see your 'Spots And Stripes' on your creations.

This week I have decorated a notebook.  I coloured the image with promarkers.  I popped some black gems into the flower centres and some white ones onto the ribbon.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

I must say I couldn't wait to make a card with this divine image and show you how beautiful she is.  I hope I have done her justice.  She is one of the new digi stamps at Whoopsi Daisy and believe me, the others are just as beautiful.  I have used the pre-coloured version for this card and just added some chalk around her and a touch of glitter on her gorgeous dress.  I wish I had the figure to wear something like that (more like a bell tent for me).  Following the sketch I layered my card with cream and gold cardstock topped with design paper.  I then tied an organza ribbon around it and added a gold and pearl button.  The sentiment has been heat embossed, cut with a nestie and pearls added.  A few large flowers finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Here is yet another of the new stylish ladies from Whoopsi Daisy.  Don't you just love those stockings?  As usual I have coloured her with promarkers and layered her onto pearl card.  I have used the same card for the star embossed panel.  The strip has been punched and I have added ribbon threaded lace.  A small bow finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Here is another card I have made with one of the new Whoopsi Daisy images.  I just love these to bits as they are so stylish.  Although I was following the great sketch I must admit to moving the image to the centre.  I coloured the gorgeous image with promarkers and added small gems to her ballgown.  The white background has been embossed with my new lattice folder and I have added gems where the embossing crosses.  The strip behind the image has been punched and I have added some satin ribbon.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

My image has been coloured with promarkers and layered using nesties with the same paper as the punched flowers.  I thought this pretty ribbon lace went rather well with the colours.  I have covered the punched butterfly with baby blue stickles.  I have stamped a corner and a sentiment but should have heat embossed them as they don't show very well.  Anyway, hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week the theme is 'Not A Square Card'.  I can't wait to see all your interpretations and shapes.  For inspiration pop on over to the blog and see the wonderful DT creations.

As you can see I haven't made a card at all, I've made a gift box.  It's a great little box as it's made out of ONE piece of A4 cardstock and is large enough to fit all sorts of goodies into.  Once I had created the box I decorated each side with simple panels using cardstock, digi paper and peel-offs.  Once this was done I attached the image which has been coloured with promarkers.  A couple of stamped tags finishes it off.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Linnie at Whoopsi Daisy has just released some big girl digi stamps and they are so gorgeous I fell in love with them as soon as I saw them.   

They are so glamerous and elegant I immediately thought of 'The Oscars'.  I have decoupaged the background stage and layered it onto black cardstock.  After colouring my images with promarkers I added some glitter and cut them out.  I then attached them with foam pads.  I cut out the Oscar statuette and also attached with foam pads.  Finally a few card candi finishes it off.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Today I have a little 'Soggy Moggy' for you.  I have coloured the image with promarkers and added crystal glaze to the rain.  I borrowed the fabric covered button from some old clothing and placed it in the middle of the flower.  Added a cocktail umbrella and the card was finished.  Nice and quick.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Today I have made a small birthday gift for my sister by recycling a clear heart shaped box that was full of jelly sweets.  (I had to eat them all because I needed the box!  You do believe me, don't you???).

Following the sketch after I turned it, I covered the lid with pink cardstock and attached a heart doily, which was just the right size, phew!  I then layered two pieces of ribbon and attached.  Next I made a bow with more ribbon and attached a lovely button.  The image is pre-coloured and after layering it I applied crystal glaze to the bubbles and water.  I then attached a die-cut scroll and added flower gems.  Finally a few heart gems finishes it.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week we would like you to use 'Swirls' on your creations.  If you like these gorgeous digi stamps drawn by Linnie Pink you can get them and others here.  There are also some freebies for you to play with.

When I saw these gorgeous new images I immediately thought they looked like a mother and daughter.  The mother was looking the other way so I flipped her so that it looked like they were talking to each other.  I coloured them with promarkers as usual.  After layering the image I attached a handbag brad.  I wanted a black doily so I inked and heat embossed it.  A bit patchy, but I like the effect.  I have placed a button and a pearl in the centre of the fabric flowers.  A bit of black lace and a few black gem hearts finish the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Today I have made this stepper card in my all time favourite colours of pink and white.  I have coloured the image with promarkers as usual.  The sentiment has been stamped and I have added some star gems.  The butterfly has been punched and mor gems added.  The leaves and base of the flowers have been punched and then I added paper roses.  Some ribbon, a brad and some more gems finish the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy and this week we would like to see you use 'Bling' on your creations.  Nice and easy!

Today I have made a wall hanging for a little girl's room.  Aren't these little ballerinas adorable?  For the base of each square I have recycled some laminated coasters.  I painted them with acrylic paint before attaching the ribbon.  I then cut and layered some mats of cardstock and paper.  Once I had done that I attached some gathered lace around the edges.  The ballerinas have been coloured with promarkers and a touch of glitter, cut out and attached with foam pads.  A few flowers and pearls finish the top and bottom panels.  For the middle panel I used a contrasting paper and die-cut letters.  The ballet shoes are peel-offs stuck to pearl card and cut out and attached with foam pads.  A few star gems finish this panel off.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.
