I have made this card for a friend/colleague who is leaving work in a couple of weeks time.  It's a bit of a sad time as three of us are leaving over the next fortnight for various reasons.  I am the first to go as I am retiring on Friday and the other two go the following week.  I know I shall miss everyone, but, looking on the bright side, I shall have more time to craft!!!

Anyway, onto my card.  I have followed the great sketch and used six different patterened papers on the various layers and punched flowers.  All of these gorgeous digi papers are from the new collection at Nitwits called 'Petal Fresh'.  They are so beautiful I shall use them over and over again!  The lovely image has been coloured with promarkers and chalk.  The sentiment has been stamped onto a banner and placed across a die-cut doily.  The butterfly has been punched.  A few gems finishes the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

It's Thursday again which means it's time for a new challenge at Lili's Little Fairies and this week we want you to get 'A Bit Distressed', but only on your creations.

Now I must admit that I don't particularly like distressing as I think my cards should be neat and tidy, it's just the way I am I suppose.  I have therefore kept my distressing to a minimum by using a bit of chalk on the image and tag and roughing up and inking some edges (where you see brown edges).  Following the great sketch I have coloured my image (Big Present) with promarkers and cut with nesties.  The tag has been punched and a bit of torn paper and a sentiment added.  I didn't think ribbon was very boyish so have used a brad in the tag instead.  A few card candis finish the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Here is one of the wedding cards I have recently been making.  For this one I have used a digi stamp by Beccy Muir that I got ages ago as a freebie.  I have coloured the image with promarkers and added glitter to her dress randomly so that it looks lacy before cutting and layering using a nestie label die.  The panel behind has been border punched.  A few flowers and a 3D sticker finishes this simple card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

We have a lovely theme challenge for you today at Lili's Little Fairies.  The theme is 'Time To Play' and we would love to see how you interpret it.

Here is a little lad having some Summer fun playing footie and pretending to be David Beckham.  I have used an older stamp called 'Football Crazy' for my card and coloured it with promarkers and chalk adding eyelets to the corners.  The word 'goal' has been die-cut and these gorgeous digi papers are from the new collection at Nitwits called 'Little Sir Nitwit'.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

I have made this card following the great sketch but first I turned it upside down.  I have used the 'Little Farmer' image and coloured it with promarkers before cutting out using a nestie label die.  I then added a small tag stamped with a sentiment.  I have used some great digi papers from a new range from Nitwits called 'Little Sir Nitwit', how gorgeous are these?  I have added eyelets to both panels and included twine and an apple charm on the lower one.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

We have a lovely new challenge for you today at Whoopsi Daisy.  This week we want you to 'Use Those Swirls'. 

I have made an easel card today using this gorgeous new image which I have coloured with promarkers and paper-pieced her dress.  I have used some of my favourite swirly digi paper (no longer available) for her dress and the background.  I then die-cut a swirl and added some punched flowers with gem centres, along with some punched butterflies with pearl bodies.  A sentiment and some buttons finish the top part of the easel off.  On the base I just added a simple panel and a large bow.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

It's Thursday again so time for another challenge at Lili's Little Fairies.  This week the theme is 'In The Garden' so let's see what's in your garden... 

As you can see by my card I have fairies in my garden!!!  The stamp I have used is quite an old one called 'Thistledown And Wild Roses' and I have coloured it with my pencils.  Once I cut it out using a nestie I edged it with some lace.  For the side strip I cut a piece of lilac card, added a piece of white which I punched along the edges and finally some sunshine yellow ribbon.  I have coloured the paper flowers with promarkers and added card candi to the centres before placing onto some die-cut leaves.  The gorgeous digi papers I have used are from Nitwit Collections and the main one is a lovely patchwork design.  These have definately gone into my 'favourites' box to be used time and time again, they are such pretty colours.  Hope you like my card, thanks for looking.

Another card I made a while back and didn't post at the time.  This one reminds me of lazy Summer holidays just chilling out.  The image has been coloured with promarkers and the background cardstock embossed.  The flowers, leaves and dragonflies have all been punched and I have added pearls to the flowers.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Oops!  I have been so busy lately that I clean forgot to make my card for this week's challenge at Whoopsi Daisy, slapped wrist for me!!!  This week we want to see you use 'Summer Colours' on your lovely creations.

I made this one quickly while thinking back to LAST week's glorious summer weather (how quick things change).  I was celebrating Summer by gardening and getting sunburnt into the process, ouch!!!  This gorgeous girl certainly looks as if she is thinking of the good weather too.  I have coloured her with promarkers as usual and used some of my favourite digi papers while following the great sketch.  Hope you like her, thanks for looking.
