We have a great challenge for you this time at Creative Inspirations. As Father's Day is only a couple of weeks away here in the UK we would like you to make a 'Father's Day' or 'Dad' card/project. We know some of you have difficulty making male cards but that's why it's called a challenge, right? For this challenge we are kindly being sponsored by Sentiments 4 You and Simon Says Stamps who are generously donating a great prize to one lucky winner.

For my card I have used one of the new LOTV stamps from the 'It's A Boy Thing' range and this one is called 'Dad Is The Word'. I have coloured it with promarkers and layered it with nesties. The base card has been layered with Kraft card and striped paper. I have punched a border down the side and added white seam binding to it. I then took some narrower seam binding and inked it with a distress inkpad and spritzed it with water. Once dry I tied it around the card. To finish off I sewed two buttons together with some embroidery thread. I rather like this one, hope you do too. Thanks for looking.

Card Recipe

Stamp - LOTV
Paper - Papermania
