A Little Bit Different

A close up of the border

Challenges

Fab 'N' Funky (159) - Flower Power
Beccy's Place (4) - Use A Freebie Digi
Charisma Cardz (7) - One Layer
Cute Card Thursday (257) - CAS
Delicious Doodles (24) - Flowers For Spring
Totally Papercrafts (155) - Hope For Spring
Less Is More - Paper Piercing

It's very rare for me to do a 'one layer' card, let alone paper piercing.  But, that's what I have done with this card.  The border has been dry embossed as well as pierced (all by hand).  It took a while but I'm quite pleased with the result.  The image was printed directly onto the card and coloured with promarkers.  The sentiment has been stamped and I have added a gem heart.  Finally a few sequin butterflies finish the card.  Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Card Recipe

Digi Stamp - Beccy Muir
Sentiment Stamp - All Night Media
Gem/Butterflies - Stash
