For the Papertake challenge you could choose any of the following colours to play with - pink/black/white/yellow/green/grey/lilac. As you can see I chose black/white/yellow as I thought this might be a bit different. I think it has worked rather well. I used the spotty, stripey paper for the background and placed a punched paper border at the bottom with a ribbon and bow on top. I then added the stamped sentiment. The main image has been coloured with pencils, layered and attached with foam pads. Finally I punched some leaves and flowers and added roses to the centres of the flowers.

    Can't believe the first card I take a look at on Mr Linky has chosen yellow and black as their colours too! Yours is much classier than mine though! Love the way your flowers are light and dark like your paper, and that ele is so cute and beautifully coloured. Great card.
